Seminar on isolation in The Lady of Shalott

The seminar will explore the theme of isolation in The Lady of Shalott, focusing on how it shapes the Lady's fate and her connection to the outside world. The presenter will examine both the emotional and physical aspects of her solitude and its consequences.  The poem is full of images and symbols, and the way it deals with the idea of being alone, both physically and emotionally, gives us a lot to talk about.

He is going to talk about how the Lady's isolation, whether it's something she chooses or someone else does for her, affects her fate and her choice to break free from her curse. This is an interesting look at how being alone can change who you are, your creativity, and even your link to the outside world.

Feel free to share any thoughts or questions you have ahead of time. We'd love for you to join! We are looking forward to hearing what everyone has to say during the conversation.
